ORDER PROCESSING

Thank you for shopping with Trendy Nest.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times:

  • Assam & Northeast India: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other external factors.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Trendy Nest cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

  • Other circumstances beyond our control


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Trendy Nest will not be responsible for any resulting loss, delay, or additional shipping costs.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package/product (if applicable)

  • A description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Trendy Nest ships only within India unless otherwise stated on our website.
